cordially invite their  members to attend a  debate on

The Class Actions in Europe : an effective mechanism?

Is it necessary?"

The introduction of the mechanism of class actions is currently hotly debated in France. A bill should soon be drafted. Is it comptatible with the French legal system? Does it jeopardize French or European Business interests? Is it necessary to protect consumers and shareholders’ rights? This debate will help us clarify the issues at stake.
