Call for volunteers

The following projects are currently managed by our volunteers, but we would like to grow and draw on all our resources. Please consider to give us a hand for any of the projects outlined below, and feel free to drop us an e-mail for details and suggestions. Thank You.

Publications Manager
Do you have access to a print shop or facility ? Help us print our mailings, brochures and newsletters. Our printing needs are small, produced in easy to use applications and scheduled four times a year.

Help us run this major event organized annually by our Club. Volunteers needed for hosting, admission, coordination services

Advertising Manager
Place advertising for our publications (mailings, directory and web site) to make them self supported. A few calls to our advertisers and perseverance is all you need.

Database Manager
Manage and update our database on Microsoft Access, produce metrics, analytics, mailings and directory.
Feature Contributor
Invite a member for lunch and write a short article for our newsletter.
Web Site Development
Help us acquire our own domain, create, host and promote an exciting and interactive web site. Manage our e-mailing list.
Fund Raising
Organize a network of volunteers to raise funds from fellow Alumns and corporations for our Club and its new scholarship program.

Visitors & Speakers Program
Coordinate visits from distinguished NYU Alums and Visitors from the US, including deans, professors, public servants and business leaders. In cooperation with our Events Manager.
Community Outreach
Coordinate cross community initiatives with other groups sharing interests with our members including, academic, cultural and professional groups.

Scholarship Project
Propose legal and financial structure to set up a scholarship fund. Study needs of scholars. Work with Fund Raising coordinator.

Alumni Club Ambassador
Strengthen our ties with other Alumni groups in Paris.
Events Coordinator
Help us run successful events, parties, cocktails, lectures with attendance ranging from 20 to 500. Be responsible for invitations, publicity, venue and logistics.

Coordinate network of volunteers to lead affinity groups by profession, interests and NYU schools.

Coordinator for NYU program in France
Be our representative to the many students who come study in Paris with NYU in France. Organize mentor programs and an annual welcoming event.

European Coordinator
Start this pan European initiative. Identify and contact other NYU alumni clubs in Europe to organize our cooperation and provide support in countries where there is no club.
